Looking to print your latest lesson plan, schedule, or spreadsheet? While it may look a little different than what you're used to, you CAN print directly from Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Here's how:
1. Open your document in Docs, Sheets, or Slides. Click the 'Print' button in the upper-left corner. You can also use the keyboard shortcut CTL+P to bring up the print dialog box.
2. Now you're in the Print Dialog screen. All of your options can be found on the left-hand side. The most important option, probably, is which printer you'd like to use. Google will list every printer installed on your computer, as well as every printer that's available using the Google Cloud Print service. If the printer you want isn't listed, you'll need to install it.
3. Once you're ready to go, click the blue 'Print' button and you're all set!
Note: If you'd prefer to see the Windows Print Dialog screen, you can use the keyboard shortcut CTL+SHIFT+P to use the Windows Print manager. If you want to access advanced settings specific to a certain printer, this is probably the route to use.
