Sometimes Macs struggle with updating their network settings when we make a change to the TSS wireless network. If your Mac is suddenly having issues with connecting to a TSS wireless access point, try following the tutorial below to 'forget' whatever access point is presenting problems.
1. Select the WiFi icon along the top menu bar and click on Open Network Preferences.
2. Click on the WiFi connection in the left-hand menu, then select Advanced... in the lower right hand corner.
3. Find the WiFi network you want to 'forget' (probably TSS Air, JC Air, KC Air, etc.), select it, then click the minus sign below the network window. Finally, click OK.
4. You can now rejoin the wireless network by clicking on the WiFi icon in the Menu Bar and selecting the network you want to join.
