If you're reading this article, you've reached the TSS IT Helpdesk. Welcome!
In order to take full advantage of the Helpdesk, though, you'll want to make sure that you log into the site with your TSS credentials. Logging in will allow you to submit tickets, check on the status of your tickets, and read all of the available support articles.
There are two ways to log into the helpdesk.
Method 1:
Click on one of the small 'login' links in the upper-right corner of the screen:
On the next screen, click on the 'Are you a customer? Login here' button:
You may be asked to confirm your TSS Google Workspace credentials (email address & password), but then you'll have access to the full IT helpdesk.
Method 2:
You can also login to the Helpdesk from any Google Workspace app, like Gmail, Calendar, or Drive. Click on the 'Belgian waffle menu' in the upper-right of the Google app, then scroll down to 'IT Helpdesk':
You'll be automatically logged in and ready to go!
